Maker: Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik, Geislingen circa 1910 -1925, running ostrich in rhombus mark, stamped OX, I/O (Mark for normal thickness of silver deposited on a base metal) & BM marks, the central 35cm epergne flute held in a pierced & raised Classical-style urn-shaped support & circular rising beaded base, above a matching foliated 41cm wide flower bowl, on a raised, cast & pierced openwork frame with patera, fruit, floral garland & ribbon swag decoration, over three raised & cast fluted Doric pilaster supports & lower tri-form base, 3 x conforming cast female caryatid heads supporting fluted vase-shaped acanthus leaf embellished supports & 3 x later etched French Veerco glass bowls, on conforming lion paw feet (Height: 80cm) (Plating worn) (Nicks to flower bowl & epergne flute, bowls replaced) (Minor losses evident to openwork frame)
