Maker: Towle Silvermiths, Newburyport, Massachusetts, pattern issued 1892 onwards, each stamped Sterling, 925/1000 in a shield cartouche, each egg-shaped bowl, attached to a graduated terminal, ornamented with raised and embossed scrolling leaf and rose flowerheads, verso stamped maker’s marks on the underside (Mass: 234g) (length: 14.3cm each)
