IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL BIDDERS: NETWORK LATENCY
Please be aware that due to the expected high volume of activity on our website, there may be a possibility of NETWORK LATENCY with the closing of bids on all lots. The closing of bids on lots with no activity will start from 21:00, the closing time. Where there is bidding activity on a particular lot within 5 minutes (300 seconds) prior to the lot’s closing time at 21:00, there will be a 5 minute (300 seconds) bidding extension on that lot starting from 21:00 the set closing time, and extended until only one bidder remains. These extensions will continue indefinitely until there is no more bidding activity on the lot for a period of 5 minutes (300 seconds) implying that there is no further interest.

We have taken the decision to implement measures with regard to current circumstances surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19). The health and well-being of all our clients and staff are of utmost importance and due to this, we encourage you to visit our website for all future Auctions with their respective catalogue details & photographs pertaining to the lots on offer.
Viewing will be rescheduled when allowed & by appointment only – in accordance with the Covid-19 Health Regulations. Should you not be able or not wish to attend any future auctions, we have put additional measures in place to handle both commission and telephonic bidders through our staff complement. We respectfully request you to use these platforms to minimise your own risk in doing so.

Please be advised that should the auction platform or internet experience technical issues within the last 60 minutes of any of the auctions, the auctions will be paused and/or suspended in relation to the current closing times, which will be EXTENDED from the pause and/or suspended time as indicated. Thereafter, the auctions will resume and re-open the next day with the NEW amended closing times, last recorded bids and bid extensions in place.

The next step now, is how to proceed to PAY:
Once the auction session has closed for bidding you will find all your winning items in MY WINNING BIDS LIST. Please add all winning items to your SHOPPING BASKET via the PAY NOW buttons. Thereafter proceed to CHECKOUT and enter all your relevant details for your invoice. Click on the PLACE ORDER button to confirm and complete the transaction. You will thereafter receive an EMAIL ORDER detailing all your won purchases, the cost, expenses and our Banking details.
