the drum-shaped body featuring an inset central variegated rose-grey marble top, enclosed by an applied ribbed gilt-metal band, over sectional frieze panels, ornamented with applied raised and cast beribboned floral swags, flanked between rams head masques, strapwork and laurel and berry motifs, above four slender fluted outswept legs, united by a lower notched quatrefoil tier, terminating in foliate embellished sabots (Height: 67cm, diameter: 37.5cm) (Condition report: Age wearing, oxidation to mounts and minor losses evident)
