Smuts, depicting the head of a springbok and letter V, further inscribed with a printed Christmas message from both the Smuts’ on the underside of the lid (7.5 x 11.5 x 2cm) PLUS 2 x Commemorative Brass WWI Christmas Tins (The 1914 Princess Mary Christmas Gift Fund Box), each depicting a central wreathen framed profile of the Princess Royale (Mary), inscribed: Imperium Britannicum, framed by a sectional embossed panels inscribed with Britain’s allies: Russia, France, Servia, Belgium, Montenegro and Japan (13 x 8.5 x 3cm each) (Condition report: age wearing and oxidation evident)
