Stamped marker’s marks: , further stamped Plata Fina (0.900) Chile and Hecho A Mano, the baluster-shaped body featuring a rising everted and flared rim, flanked by applied opposing open-cast peacock form handles, the body embellished with engraved, chased, raised and embossed cascading bellflower blooms and leaves on a finely tooled incised ground, supported on three graduated stylised stalk form supports, on pad feet, raised on a lower hammered and peened martele sweet dish, enclosed by a plain foliated rim, terminating in raised, cast and figured incised talon on ball feet (Height: 14cm, diameter: 7cm) (Mass: 255g) Provenance: The General Anthonie Michael Muller Collection
