stamped patt no. 8510, Reg no. 769616, issued c.1928-1935, Shape: Hampton, comprising: 11 x tea trios, 1 x teapot with domed and finialled cover, 2 x graduated milk jugs, 2 x graduated sugar bowls, 6 x demitasse cups and saucers, 1 x cake platter Cake-platter with heat crazing evident) and 1 x mocha pot with domed finialled cover (Spout chipped) AND 1 x extra square cake plate all featuring sectional chrysanthemum gilt overglazed spandrels on a transfer-printed dooted field, flanked by wreathen, diamond lozenges, scroll, daisy and diaper panels, in colours of cobalt, iron red, bright orange, black and green, with printed factory backstamps on the underside (Condition report: 6 x teacups with hairline cracks and heat crazing evident)
