Maker: Takeda (Takeda Drawing Instruments), Tokyo, serial no. 6693, comprising: 1 x pole arm with a weighted needle point, 1 x tracer arm and magnifying lens which is used to follow the outline of a map or diagram, 1 x measuring carriage, fitted with a roller drum, graduated dial wheel and vernier scale to read displacements down to 1/1000th of a full wheel turn, and a compensating joint (With original moulded plastic clamshell case and packaging) PLUS a German manufactured Staedtler Advanced Log-Log Slide Rule, model no. 544 28, featuring multiple logarithmic scales on both sides—including standard K, A, B, CI, C, D, L engineering scales on the front, and specialized exponential Log-Log scales (LL0, LL1, LL2, LL3, LL00, LL01, LL02, LL03) on the reverse side for advanced power, root, and financial calculations and sliding perspex bar (Approx length: 35cm) (Condition report: As found, minor scratches evident, consistent with use and age.)
