from the Fairy Tale Series, the dished body featuring a hand-painted woodland scene from the German folklore story, with Rumplestilskin dancing around the glowing fire and further featuring a gnarled branching tree with foliage with perched figure of the Queen’s messenger, amongst other woodland creatures such as an owl, squirrel, insects and birds, all in underglazed cobalt blue, ornamented with gilt overglazed detail, enclosed by a gilt overglazed rim, verso with stamped incised form number: 54601,crossed swords manufactory backstamp, title and date 1984, fitted with a plate attachment hook (Diameter: 26cm)
