Maker: James Dixon and Sons Ltd, Sheffield 1913, the hollow-cast basin-shaped body with applied ribbed rim, integral cast pierced openwork scrolling leaf-ornamented spandrel tab handles (lugs) , over a lower band of shallow embossed fluted and lobed sectional panels, on a circular foot rim, stamped with the no. Z1988 on the underside of the base (Mass: 137g) (Height: 5.5cm, diameter across the handles: 18.5cm, bowl diameter: 12cm) (Condition report: Dents evident to body)
