in two sections, the cast brass cylindrical shell cartridge case (fuel reservoir), featuring incised concentric line bands which houses cotton wool and lighter fluid (oil), surmounted by spark wheel bracket, attached serrated hardened steel flint spark wheel, internal flint tube/spring, snuffer cap topped by a knopped finial, chain-link suspension chain, on a circular base, with milled bottom cap and supported on a lower detachable everted and flared rimmed base-plate (Height: 9cm, diameter: 9.8cm) (Condition report: Age wearing and oxidation evident)
